Sehr schönes neues orientalisches Restaurant. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen war sehr lecker und ausreichende Portion, so dass man satt wird. Hätten gerne noch ein Dessert probiert, aber es hat leider nicht mehr reingepasst😃, also ein guter Grund um wiederzukommen. Preise für Essen sind in Ordnung, Getränke teilweise etwas teurer. ~ Jenny

Uma experiência maravilhosa, desde a qualidade e sabor da comida até à simpatia e atenção de toda a equipa que nos recebeu. Confesso que estava um pouco reticente, por nunca ter experimentado este tipo de cozinha, mas saí completamente rendida. Un lugar hermoso, con una decoracion muy linda, muchos detalles en las paredes pintadas a mano, las lamparas, etc. La atencion excelente, el personal muy atento, la encargada, Mila, excelente anfitriona. Probamos varios platos y todos estaban esquisitos, las cremas, el arroz, la ensalada. Todo con buen sabor, bien sazonado, con buenas especies. Fue una grata experiencia. Wir waren heute im Zaytun essen. Ich war zuerst sehr skeptisch ob es was für mich ist da die arabische Küche fremd für mich ist. Meinem Partner zuliebe habe ich mich darauf eingelassen und muß sagen ich war begeistert. Sowohl unser Essen, Shish Tawook mit Reis und Salat, das Ambiente als auch die liebe Bedienung waren klasse. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Abendessen in diesem tollen Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und auch sehr authentisch orientalisch, wir haben schon in vielen verschiedenen orientalischen Restaurants gegessen auf der ganzen Welt gegessen und das hier ist wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten immer ziemlich Hunger und haben deswegen kaum Fotos vom Essen gemacht. ~ Wanda A

We visited Funchal for the first time a few weeks ago and discovered this amazing restaurant. This was our first experience of Lebanese food and I would highly recommend it!! We were so luckily. Mila, the owner and all the staff were so attentive and polite, so eager to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious 😋 ! So many intricate flavours and good family sharing options. Zaytun has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere which heightens your experience. We were so impressed as a family, we visited three times in a week. Had a very nice and enjoyable dinner here and plan to return again this evening. From the onset, it was evident that the chefs, along with the wait staff, truly cared about and were incredibly passionate about the food that they presented and served. Not only was the food a "departure" from the typical Madeira Island cuisine but the obvious very special touches made dining there more of an event than just a great dinner! Kelly was particularly attentive and determined that everything chosen and eaten was perfect. Thank you Kelly... Had such a wonderful experience at Zaytuna in Madeira! ❤️ The food was absolutely delicious, everything we tried was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. You can really feel the care that goes into the food. The staff were also amazing, very friendly, welcoming and attentive without being too much. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. And the vibe of the restaurant was just perfect. Relaxed, warm and enjoyable, with a really nice atmosphere that made the whole evening feel special. Definitely one of those places you leave already thinking about coming back. المطعم وايد حلو الاكل المصري كله لذيذ طلبنا شاورما ، شيش طاووق ، شيش لحم ، حمص ، بطاطا حمرا و كشري . الصراحة الاكل كله كان حلو و حلال . الكمية كبيره في الطبق الواحد ينفع sharing الستاف لطيف جدا و كريم و مضياف . ١٠٠٪؜ أعيد التجربة ، ولكن مع الأسف عرفت المطعم ب آخر يوم . مع اني ساكنه فوقه تماما . طلعنا ب قيمة 101 يورو بس قسمناها على ٣ ف السعر جدا مناسب ~ Anwar A

We went to this restaurant the day before yesterday as two families, and every single one of us was absolutely delighted — both the teenagers and the adults! It’s a very cozy restaurant, with beautifully painted walls that create such a lovely atmosphere. The food was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented on gorgeous plates. The portions are quite generous, so we decided to save dessert for the next day. We actually came back yesterday just for dessert! The desserts were really unusual and absolutely delicious. We tried three different ones, and once again, everyone was completely blown away! The staff were very friendly, and the food was served really quickly. The prices are a little above average, but they’re definitely justified by the quality. For us, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! We sincerely wish them continued success and all the best for the future. We’ll definitely be coming back! ~ OlOrl

Es war eine spontane Entscheidung, bei Zaytun essen zu gehen – aber eine, die sich wirklich gelohnt hat. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, haben wir problemlos einen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig und hat uns auf eine schöne Art die libanesische Küche nähergebracht. Auch der Service hat uns gut gefallen: freundlich, aufmerksam und zügig. Absolutely impeccable in every sense. The food was delicious, really nice to try something a little different. The real asset to this new restaurant is its staff. Right from the get go, every member of staff who served us were friendly and professional. They smiled and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. The service was prompt and we enjoyed everything that we ordered. Pricing was very reasonable too. 10/10, please go and see for yourself. I had an excellent experience at Zaytun restaurant. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, especially from Mila, the waitress, who was always very professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. I also want to mention another girl from the team, who recommended some incredible dishes and was absolutely spot on with her suggestions. By chance, we also caught the Friday performance, featuring a beautiful Lebanese dance that made the evening even more special. The atmosphere, service, and food all exceeded our expectations. Ein rundum tolles Restaurant! Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend, alles frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung, die den Besuch noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wij hebben vanavond dit fantastische restaurant mogen bezoeken. Zonder reservering werden wij gelijk naar een beschikbare tafel begeleid. Wat een vriendelijk personeel loop er in dit restaurant. De bediening is snel, heel erg vriendelijk en lief! Het eten was voor ons een nieuwe ervaring, maar hebben met veel smaak zitten eten. De borden zagen er top uit.
